Dan Gallin

Dan Gallin (26 April 1931 – 31 May 2025) was a Polish-born labour activist and trade unionist who was Secretary General of the International Union of Food, Agricultural, Hotel, Restaurant, Catering, Tobacco and Allied Workers' Associations from 1968 to 1997. In 1997 he founded the Global Labour Institute. Gallin was born in Lvov, Poland (now Lviv, Ukraine) on 26 April 1931. He died on 31 May 2025, at the age of 94. Provided by Wikipedia
